As long as you drink water, you can use the salt. Avoid drinks with caffeine or alcohol. These beverages do not help, instead they dehydrate you. For every 6 ounces of caffeine or alcohol requires you to drink an additional 10 to 12 ounces of water to rehydrate you.
The key to clean kidneys is drinking enough water, juices, and herbal teas along with a proper diet. Consuming these will not only improve your digestion but improve your entired health.
