Foods that Cause Constipation

There are many health freaks out there that claim that constipation is caused by a lack of fiber in the diet. This is completely wrong! Most of our food that we eat does not contain much fiber. These include beta-carbonlines. These beta-carbolines are an anesthetic that slow down the bowels so that constipation may occur. Prepared proteinous foods are most likely to cause constipatioin. Examples of these types of foods are cheese, tofu, and canned meat and fish.

Milk contains an opoid called peptides. It is in a mother’s milk of every mamal, to make sure the baby gets enough sleep. Constipation may be caused by the sedative effects that the peptides release. Babies easily absorb these molecules into the blood, however for older people it remains in their digestive tract. Peptides are indigestible and can anaesthetize the bowels before they are decomposed. Butter, however, does not cause constipation. It only contains a very small amount of protein, and a lot of bowel stimulating fat.

Not everyone becomes constipated. This is because opioid susbtances are not equally susceptible to everyone. It all depends on how susceptible your recepters are to opioid substances if you will or will not become constipated by consuming these foods. It differs greatly per person.

Vegetables that have been prepared contain beta-carbolines and that contain high amounts of protein will be more constipating. It also depends how mucch fiber are in those vegetables. Both beans and beans contain lots of fiber that will probably not cause constipation, but could cause cramping.

Fiber is fine as long as the food you eat doesn’t contain too much of it. We only have one stomach to digest it and our bowels do not enjoy an excessive amount of fiber. Your bowels age faster if you eat too many foods containing fiber. The reason for this is that the excess fiber makes tiny wounds in your bowels.

Lastly are a few tips to avoid constipation. No matter how bad they say fat is for you. In digestion it is extremely important. It is very easy to digest. If you eat lots of pasta, it won’t cause constipation if you eat it with enough butter or olive oil with it. You shouldn’t eat any food containing sugar or fiber within three hours of eating a proteinous meal. If you want to eat a dessert, eat itbefore the meal. Also do not combine potatoes with any fruit (including tomatoes) or combine coffee with a banana. Lastly don”t drink water after you have consumed raw proteinacous foods such as egg yolks or sashimi. Take your time after every meal. Enjoy what you have eaten.
