Super Colon Cleanse Review Super Colon Cleanse is a relatively recent bowel cleansing product that is quite cheap compared to other products out there. Here it what it claims to do: – provide more strength to people – eliminate sluggish digestive system – a bowel cleanser to rid constipation – Promotes 2-3 bowel movements per day – Is not addictive unlike senna tea Super Cleanse consists of up to 13 herbs which all work together to get rid of toxins and cleanse the colon. It can be used alone, or in combination with other products out there. I tried Super Cleanse earlier this year. I followed the directions as listed on the bottle. I took 1 capsule in the evening 2 hours after dinner for a few days. I gradually increased this dosage to 3-5 capsules every evening. The bottle says you have to increase the dosage until you finally have 3 bowel movements a day, at which point you simply maintain that dosage, until you have very loose stools. For me, I had to take 5 capsules every evening, which is probably a lot, but keep in mind I was doing this regimen when I was extremely constipated. I had as little as 3 bowel movements a week, which is really unhealthy (Think of all the toxins that eventually stayed dormant in my colon!). I started to decrease the dosage each day when I had loose stools. The bottle also says not to surpass six tablets of Super Cleanse per day, which I was careful not to do. So I took 1 capsule of Super Colon Cleanse and moved up to 5. I find it works best when you take it with food. The bottle also says you should not be hesitant in increasing the amt you take everyday until you notice a sharp difference in the quality and # of bowel movements. It seemed people normally need just 3 capsules, but I was the exception I guess. So I took this formula for 3 weeks, and then stopped. Why? Simply because even with 5 capsules a day, I still was struggling to have 1 bowel movement a day. I could have taken 6 or more, but this was probably not the ideal product for me anyway. Besides, having 6 capsules of Super Cleanse could probably lead to severe side effects (This product isn’t even approved by the FDA, so I wasn’t gonna take any chances). I tried my best, but really couldn’t have more than 1 bowel movement a day. I wanted to call a help-line of some sort, and tried emailing their official website but got no response, which was quite irritating. I followed all the directions in the bottle, drank lots of water to ensure I wasn’t dehydrated, did tons of exercise and slept before 11 PM every night, but I still had trouble having normal bowel movements. After 3 weeks, I just decided to call it quits. I decided to just take Oxy-Powder, and 2 weeks later my constipation was gone. I would recommend taking OxyPowder over Super Cleanse. The only thing Super Cleanse has going for it is its extremely cheap price. However, quality is what counts and this product simply wasn’t effective at all.

How Does This Compare With Other Products?

Overall, I have to say I was very disappointed with this colon cleanser. There are many other products that are superior in every way, such as Colonix. If you have the time, I suggest you do colon cleansing with Psyllium Husk & Bentonite Clay shakes – even though it requires a lot of time to make, it’s cheaper and effective.
