To get rid of these symptoms, you should be having 1-3 bowel movements a day. Drink a herbal laxative tea each and every evening. You can find one online or in a health store. The recommended tea everyone drinks is the senna tea. Senna, for those who do not know is a herb that helps regulates normal bowel movements. You should not drink senna tea more than twice a day, as it can cause dependency and some side effects. Every morning, you will need to do a salt water flush (SWF). To do this, add 2 teaspoons of sea salt to 1 full quart of water. Do not use table salt – use celtic salt or a healthier kind. Mix the salt solution and drink the entire quart – make sure you drink this as soon as you wake up! This drink is quite nasty, but just drink it as quickly you can. This stimulates a bowel movement a hour or so later, so make sure you can be near a toilet. If you have no bowel movements within 2 hours, do not worry – just add more salt the next time! Drink the herb laxative tea at night to loosen your fecal matter in the colon, and do the SWF every morning to flush all your nasty toxins out. Breaking the Fast: Breaking a long fast is extremely crucial – if you do it the wrong way, bad things will happen. You should slowly introduce solid food back into your normal diet. Start with soups and broths, and later on add raw fruits and veggies. Do not immediately start eating bagels after the master cleansing diet – that’s just asking for trouble! If you like to eat milk or drink milk, have some veggie soup the second day after the master cleansing diet is over. Have a salad too. Also, please keep drinking the lemonade drink during the morning. I recommend you do not eat meat, or milk for at least a few days after the cleansing is over.
