Canada is another one of those full-body detox, ion cleansing systems that aims to restore a balanced PH in your body, as well as your health and beauty. I heard the product helped removed toxins from people’s body, so I decided to try out Ion Cleanse a few months ago. The following is my review of the product and

Ion Cleanse uses massage therapy as a means of detoxification, not inner cleansing like colon cleansers. It works by simply removing waste from the body through a unit placed on water with a positive/negative electrical current.

With Ion Cleanse, ions claim to enter your body and neutralizes the acid wastes in your tissues, in a process called reverse osmosis.

During Ion Cleanse Canadian sessions, the water will usually change color due to the mixture of salt, the acidity/alkalinity of the person. They claim certain colors represent certain toxic levels in your body. For instance, if the color of the water is orange, it means your joints are being detoxified. If the color is black, it is detoxifying your liver. If the color is dark green, it’s detoxifying from your gallbladder, etc.

There is not much evidence out there that shows Ion Cleanse Canadian is a viable method of cleansing. There aren’t many testimonials as well. Based on my experience, I didn’t feel “cleaner” or detoxified after using Ion Cleanse at all. I still felt tired most of the time, and my bowel movements did not return to normal. On the contrary, when I did colon cleansing, I felt energized, less sluggish and tired, and better, regular bowel movements. Ion Cleanse Canada was definitely not for me.

I could be an exception, but due to my experience with it, and the fact there isn’t much information (let alone positive testimonials) about Ion Cleanse Canada, I’m afraid I can’t recommend it to anyone. If you really want to detoxify your body, you should do colon cleansing, or a strict cleansing regimen involving colon, liver, and parasite cleansing.
