Instruction for Toxinout (used on its own without Colonix)

First five (5) days

Take two (2) Toxinout capsules with 8 oz. of pure, filtered or spring water just before luinch or dinner and 3 DetoxiGreen capsules during lunch or dinner. (If doing this in conjunction with Colonix, make sure the pills are taken away from the Colonix fiber) DetoxiGreen should be taken with meals for maximum absorption effectiveness.

NOTE: Eight (8) glasses (8 oz.) of pure, filtered or spring water should be consumed each day while on the Toxinout program.

Take 2 Flora Protect probiotic capsules

Take the capsules with water at least an hour after the last consumed meal or just before going to bed. (If taken in conjunction with the Colonix program, it may be taken the same time as KleriTea). Flora Protest capsules have a special protective layer to ensure that probiotic bacteria will survive through the stomach and make their way to the colon safely.

It is better to take the capsules one or two hours after the last meal of the day when the stomach is not digesting anymore. Or it can be taken just before going to bed.

During the day:

Water, water and more water

Drinking about 2 liters of water a day will help the Colonix cleanse be the most effective. The water is needed because fiber and herbs absorb large amounts of water. If fiber is taken with inadequate amounts of water then constipation can occur. Drinking fruit juices and herbal teas is acceptable during the program, but they are not a substitute for the 8 glasses of water that need to be consumed every day.

Days 6 through 30

Take 4 Toxinout capsules just before lunch or dinner and continue to take 3 capsules of DetoxiGreen during lunch or dinner.

Take four (4) Toxinout capsules with 8 oz. of pure, filtered or spring water on an empty stomach.

Continue to take 2 Flora Protect probiotic capsules

Take the capsules with water at least an hour after the last consumed meal or just before going to bed.

During the day:

Water, water and more water

Days 31 through 60 (or 90)

Take 4 capsules of Toxinout and 3 capsules of DetoxiGreen and 2 capsules of Flora Protect until the supply runs out. It should be a 60 or 90 day supply. The Toxinout product will run out before the other two products. DetoxiGreen and Flora Protect are capsules that can be used for long term, daily use and it is recommended that it is taken as such.
