Many of my visitors have sent me testimonials and reviews about their experience with Puranol. All in all, the reviews have been bad, to say the least with not one positive review. If you're looking to do a complete colon cleanse, I, along with many alternative medicine fans would suggest trying Dr. Natura's Colonix, which is well known, and works.

First off, what the heck is Puranol?

PuranolPuranol primarily consists of the 5-day detoxifier, which contains a mix of natural herbs and ingredients. The makers of this product claims it will help remove all toxins and fecal matter from your system in just 5 single days. ust 5 days? Hard to believe? Too good to be true? You're right. Puranol is another one of the detox products that does not work at all.

Anytime someone tells you, you can detox your body completely in just 5 days, you know they're lying. Detoxing, and cleansing takes at least a couple months.

If you want to cleanse properly, and completely, I recommend trying Dr. Natura's Colonix Program. You probably heard about it from people, or forums (and for good reason). Unlike Puranol, Colonix is:

Highly Raved By Many in Forums such as CureZone
Colonix is talked about by so many people, precisely because it works for so many people. For many, 2-3 months of cleansing with Colonix got rid of many ailments, and led to a more energized, healthy clean system.

Is a Complete Cleansing System
Unlike Puranol, Colonix cleanse your system completely. It contains a colon cleanser, AND a parasite cleanser, and a digestive tea to aid digestion. Many people take it, and it helps their acne, candida albicans, leaky gut syndrome, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, and a toxic body.

If you are still interested in Puranol, and think it can help for you, here's more information on it:

How do I take Puranol?

They suggest you to take the cleanser every 3 months, and no more than 4 times a year. Specifically, you should take it just 1 time in a 2 month period or so.

To take Puranol, you simply ingest 3 pills 2 times a day for 5 single days. They recommend you ingest three of the pills in the morning, and 3 of them in the afternoon, but really, you can take them anytime you want. If you want to continue cleansing and detoxing, they also have a product called the Immunity Booster, if you're interested.

What should I do while taking Puranol?

First off, I recommend you try another cleansing product such as Colonix or Oxy-Powder instead of Puranol. But if you feel it will work for you, here are some things you should do while taking it (keep in mind you should be doing this while doing any type of cleansing regimen as well)

- Drink at least 8 glasses of liquids such as water, sparkling water, green tea, soups, broths, etc.
- Try to get some exercise at least 3 days a week. Recommended exercising include jogging, rebounding and yoga.
- Avoid caffeine at all costs. No black tea or coffee.
- Do not eat any grains such as white rice, and bread.
- Do eat as many veggies and fruits as you can.
- Choose organic products.

What do people think of Puranol?

Here are some of the things my visitors have told me about Puranol:

"I bought Puranol a few months ago, and tried their 5 day cleanse program. I noticed nothing.. my health and bowel movements were badder than ever. I asked customer service why it wasn't working, and they told me that I would not be able to notice the benefits.. Is this BS, or what? I, the fool I was believed them and took their Immunity Booster and other products.

Well, I've been taking Puranol and all its sister products for a month now, and I haven't lost a single pound (while exercising at the same time). I heard a ton of raves about this product in infomercials about how Puranol was effective for weight loss. Well, it did nothing for me. I called customer service again, and they just tell me that I need to be patient. I am tired of hearing such nonsense.. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back - you have to send them back everything before a month. For those of you looking for a third-party opinion on Puranol, please stay away from this product at all costs. Puranol has too many side effects "

If you're looking to lose weight, there are plenty of better diet pills other than Puranol such as Isagenix and Trimspa. If you're looking to detox you should try Colonix, Oxy-Powder or Colpurin instead.

"I am done with their 5 day detox program, with little results so far. My body does not react well to supplements and detoxing, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. Not once during the 5 days did I have a bowel movement. Not even once... I usually have at least 1 movement once every 2 days, so this was shocking to me.

I ended up having to take some fiber shakes (Psyllium Husk) in order to finally be able to have a bowel movement. I would not recommend Puranol to anyone, especially if you're prone to constipation."
-Darren Rogers

"I used Puranol a little under a month and unfortunately am losing patience with it. For the first few days, I did feel a bit better, but this could've been a placebo effect. After a week, I started to feel drowsy and sick. At first, I thought this was the die-off effect ppl kept talking about. But I felt extremely ill. I ended up getting a 103 degree fever and having to go to the hospital.

I immediately stopped taking Puranol and demanded a refund. Fortunately, they were kind enough to give me my money back. When I told them my experience, one of them even commented that this wasn't the first time this happened to someone. I appreciate their honesty, but their product is still very shady, and a total scam. Please do not try Puranol.. I don't want anyone having the same experience I did.. I felt awful, ill, and even felt like I was going to die. The infomercials, website and customer service don't even bother to tell you about the potential side effects of Puranol.

If you want to try detoxing, my sister tried Dr. Natura's colonix for 2 months, and she swears by it. She went from 160 to 140 lbs in just 2 months, and feels cleaner and lighter. There are many more superior detoxing programs out there.. you can even just stick with the old fashioned Psyllium Husk and Bentonite Clay shake if you're cheap! Puranol does nothing for detoxing or weight loss. Hope this helps someone out there."

If you don't have time and lead a busy lifestyle the easiest and most effective way to start cleansing is to simply try a colon cleanser such as the Colonix Program, which personally helped me kill my candida infection, parasites, and eliminated my chronic acne. It is the best colon cleanser out there, as it acts as a colon cleanser and parasite cleanser. If you're looking for an oxygen-based cleanser, then perhaps you should take a look at Oxy-Powder.
