"Dual Action Cleanse is a great cleansing product, but it may not suitable for everyone. That said, it does what it claims it will do. If you are one of those people that do not have a regular bowel movement, you may have to take the max of 3 pills 2 times a day.
Personally, I have been doing a colon cleansing regularly for 6 months or so, and right now I just take 1 pill 2 times a day. Since I've used it I haven't gotten major cramps. You use it for 2 weeks, then stop taking it, as you need to give your body some rest.
If you're unsure whether or not Dual Action Cleanse is for you, do some research online, read some reviews, and see what others think. You can always come back and order it whenever you feel comfortable."

"I tried this product and still do not know if it is 'flushing' toxins outta my body.
When I took 3 cleansing pills and three body purifier pills, I had three bowel movements a day. However, I did experience some cramps. As soon as I had these cramps, I had to go to the bathroom to have a bowel movement. I guess the cramps may be due to the dosage. One of the warnings the product states is that it contains cascara sagrada, and you shouldn't use it if you develop loose stools or diarrhea. Maybe I was just using so much.
After 2 weeks or so, I feel a bit lighter, and less sluggish.
All in all, I think Dual Action Cleanse is an OK product. Ignoring the cramps, you should give it a try and see what it does for you. Note that it can take up to several weeks for the cleanse to work, and you might have cramps like I did. "
