cleansing, or you'll regret it. Real cleansing photos. You decide.
1. Colonix (by Dr Natura)

Overview: Colonix is a high-quality fiber-based colon cleanser. I took P&B shakes for 1 month, but only had 1 bowel movement every 2 days, so I decided to try another method. I browsed around the CureZone forums, and the members seemed very supportive of Colonix, so I decided to try it. It is now the primary colon cleanser I use nowadays.
After taking Colonix for 2 months, my skin cleared up tremendously, my bloating stopped, and I no longer had fatigue, or constipation. It is extremely easy and convenient to take.. It's the colon cleanser for lazy people, as you never need to make your own shakes.
Colonix is a high quality colon cleanse product but I wished there wasn't a huge 'healing crisis', which is experienced by a lot of people. You may get drowsy and tired often when cleansing (but not after the regimen is over).
This is expected, because the Colonix is destroying harmful bacteria, yeast and fecal matter in your colon, which releases toxins. These toxins cause the healing crisis, and leads to feelings of fatigue. This is actually a good thing because it shows the product is working. Just make sure you take a lot of essential nutrients, and rebound often when cleansing.
2. OxyPowder

I tried OxyPowder a year or so after trying Colonix. OxyPowder is a good product, and helped reduced the bloating in my stomach. I had rough patches of skin near my forehead, and they disappeared after the regimen.
One major complaint I have about Oxypowder is that it caused dependency. After I stopped taking OxyPowder, I felt I couldn't have a bowel movement unless I took it again. Eventually I had to take Colonix for a month to get my system back to 'normal'.
OxyPowder is great for short-term relief of constipation. However, if you're cleansing to get rid of chronic symptoms such as acne, or chronic constipation, it is not very effective, and I would suggest you get Colonix as a herbal colon cleanser instead.
3. UltraAction Cleanse
UltraActionCleanse is one product I have tried once. I haven't heard a lot about it when I tried it, but just viewed an infomercial, and decided to experiment with it. They claim to be an extreme colon cleanser.
After a few days taking UltraAction Cleanse, my bloating stopped completely. I was excited, because both OxyPowder and Colonix were not as quick in eliminating bloating.
However, I wish UltraAction Cleanse provided more long-term benefits. After 2 weeks or so, my bloating came back, and I had troubles having bowel movements once a day. The taste of UltraAction Cleanse is also hard to bare, as it takes awful. I also experience some side effects such as nausea and extreme exhaustion during cleansing.
Conclusion
Of the three main colon cleansers, Colonix is the one I would rate the highest, with UltraAction Cleanse the lowest. All three have their unique benefits however, so use whatever fits your needs.
