Hemorrhoids is a common, and painful issue with many people. Hemorrhoids are marked by swollen blood vessels around the rectum. They are caused when you're constipated (or pregnant), and strain to release bowels. Straining causes the veins to swell, and burst.

To heal hemorrhoids, we need to take care of our veins through:
-Eating nutritious foods
-Practicing rebounding to aid the circulatory system
-Avoid alcohol, and saunas.
-Sitting for long periods of time

 

How can we treat hemorrhoids? If you have minor hemorrhoids, colon cleansing, specifically taking a fiber shake can alleviate it.
